The Hotrod hoodie revives one of SGR’s most iconic graphics—three Hondas rendered in aggressive illustration, anchored by the bold Hotrod block logo. First introduced in the early 2000s, this design captured the heart of Honda culture and quickly became a favorite among street and track enthusiasts alike.

“This is one of my favorite designs out of the 100+ I have made, with the iconic ‘Hotrod’ in a Honda dealer square block format. This design was extremely popular at the time, and I love that a CRX made its way onto the design, and the EG Civic Coupe was already a big hit and took front and center on the graphic.

The EK Honda Civic Hatch was new, and I still remember how controversial the headlights were — they looked so massive, and took a while to get used to.

The wheels on the EK were reminiscent of Racing Harts (which I eventually became sponsored by in 1998).

Something you may also notice is the original two-tone Autocannon logos. Back then our logo was either white + red or black + red. These days, we still use our original Autocannon logo (100% unchanged) except we only use either white or black completely. (With some exceptions.)”
